Armed Forces Officials Welfare Organization (AFOWO) is a social service organization, working with an aim of promoting and facilitating welfare of Serving and Retired Armed / Defence Forces and Para Military personnel as well as their families. Although AFOWO aims to work in many segments including Education, Skill Development, Employment, Careers, Housing, Investments, Retirement Assistance etc, it is currently engrossed in proffering high quality and cost effective residential units to its members.

AFOWO works relentlessly towards providing various types of residential units (apartments, villas, plots, independent floors, farms etc) to its members at good locations, built with high quality material of latest specifications, and having high appreciation prospects. The society conducts Demand Surveys in various cities, and after gauging the viability of the project, offers housing units at subsidized prices.

Working on a NO PROFIT NO LOSS basis, the Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, and is headed and managed by retired officers of Indian Defence Services, assisted by professionals from various fields. In the past, AFOWO and its executive members have delivered many housing projects in cities like Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Nainital, directly benefitting thousands of armed forces’ personnel and their families.

AFOWO invites all serving and retired defence forces’ personnel to join as members of the organization and take advantage of the housing schemes announced by the society from time to time, besides availing great benefits in various other segments offered by the society.
